Shantamay Chatterjee is a visionary leader in impact assessment, policy formulation, and strategic management, guiding large-scale organizations and multi-country programs towards the attainment of SDG, ESG, and CSR objectives. With a proven track record spanning over 25 years, he has consistently delivered sustainable outcomes through gender-inclusive approaches. Demonstrating exemplary leadership for more than 15 years, he has successfully steered teams and organizations to achieve growth, impact, and expansion across sectors, collaborating with governmental bodies, NGOs, UN agencies, and corporate foundations.

Mr. Chatterjee excels in building relationships and reporting to various stakeholders, including governing bodies, corporate boards, CSR committees, governmental entities, donors, and regulatory institutions. He is highly effective in stakeholder management for collaboration and resource mobilization. With extensive contributions at state, national, and international levels, he has shaped public policies and program designs in regions including South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

His expertise spans climate-resilient agriculture, food security, livelihoods, public-private partnerships, gender empowerment, advocacy, clean energy solutions, corporate social responsibility, migration, healthcare, monitoring and evaluation, and emergency response.

Shantamay Chatterjee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Presidency College, Kolkata, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Visva Bharati University, India. He has authored multiple publications and collaborated with prestigious institutions like ODI and UNODC.
